Shipping time-frame
All orders for in stock items will ship within 7-10 days of the order date. All orders for backordered items will ship within 2-3 days of when the backordered items arrive in our shop. All orders for custom products will ship within 2-3 days of product completion.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. Orders for backordered items may be cancelled within 24 hours of when our staff notifies you of the lead time. Orders for Custom made products or made-to-order products can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
Returns
Custom made products and made-to-order products cannot be returned. Other products can be returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost of any product sent as and exchange.
