We have a couple of options for shipping. One is partially assembled and one is fully assembled. You will be able to choose these options on the checkout stage of your order.
Option 1: Partially assembled. This one is $70 and will come to you as it comes to us from KHS. You'll need to install both wheels, the rear derailleur, stem, handlebar, levers, grips, seatpost and pedals. If you are not comfortable with this level of assembly, we recommend taking it to a local bike shop.
Option 2: Fully Assembled. This one is $250 and we will do the full assembly here, and then pack the bike into a larger box so it comes to you fully assembled. We do have to remove the front wheel and dissconnect the handlebar in order to fit it into the box. All you have to do is install the front wheel, connect the bar to the stem, insert the seatpost into the frame, and put on the pedals. All you need is a set of metric Allen wrenches to do this. We are available to assist via phone, video conference, or email if you need help when you get your bike.
