You can submit measurements online or come into our bike fit studio for a professional fitting. We will consult with you to understand your body geometry and riding style as well as any physical limitations so that you can get the most efficient and comfortable fit.

Lennard’s many decades of bike fit and design experience mean that you will have a custom bike that is completely optimized to your body geometry, weight, riding style, and aesthetics. We take all factors into account including fitness level, riding goals, physical limitations, and desired riding position to create a 2D CAD drawing of your new custom bike before it goes into the production process.

Our framebuilders have over 100 years of combined experience and expertise in their specialized materials, and the quality of craftsmanship shines in every Zinn frame. We customize the aesthetics of the frame using specialty finishing techniques or custom paint designs to make your bike unique and beautiful. Our professional mechanics assemble each bike in our shop to perfection.
