While most manufacturers simply scale up a standard bike frame for bigger guys, Lennard developed a completely different process. When you get one of our custom bikes, you get something that’s built to your measurements exactly. We consider everything from the length of your torso to the measurement of your inseam, along with weight, riding goals, and body mechanics before designing your bike. In addition to working on small and tall bike designs, we also team up with cyclists who have medical conditions that require even more customization. US and Worldwide ShippingWe ship bikes, cranks, components, and clothing anywhere in the world. All bikes are shipped fully assembled with the front wheel removed, and the handlebar disconnected from the stem. We are extremely careful to protect your bike fully from the aggressive package handlers that it may encounter. Your bike will be well padded, wrapped and tightly packed into the box so that it cannot move while in transit. When you receive your bike you will have minimal assembly to get it ready to ride, and if you have no mechanical experience with bikes, we recommend taking it to a bike shop.
