Quality Custom E-bikes - Made in ColoradoIn January of 2018, Lennard Zinn transitioned to riding titanium ebikes because of his heart arrhythmias. These heart irregularities were preventing him from going on long road and mountain bike rides that he loves so much, and he couldn’t wait to find an answer that would let him ride again! The solution was a pedal-assist e-bike that got him back on the road and back to riding with his friends. With his custom ebike, Lennard has been able to commute around Boulder and ride through the Colorado Mountains while being able to keep his heart rate in check and safe. E-Bikes are the basis of a new revolution. We believe e-bikes are going to get more people riding than ever before. Anyone who isn’t able to hop on a bike due to age or health reasons won’t be held back any more. Because an ebike is merely an assisted bike, you can still get all the benefits of exercise and weight loss without risking injury or overexertion. From electric mountain bikes, gravel bikes, and road bikes to touring bikes, travel bikes, ebikes with Rohloff hubs, upright hybrids, step through e-bikes, and even 32” wheel bikes, we’ve done it all! Some eBike SpecificationsWe design and build our eBikes to ride and perform like one of our custom analog bikes. You will hardly be able to tell it’s an ebike until you feel the power of the Bosch Motor. All custom eZinn titanium ebikes are built with the Bosch Generation 5 motor, which reduces weight over the older Generation 2 and Gen 4 motors significantly. The new motor also has increased torque (85 nm), and increased Max Power (750W). Zinn ebikes are quite lightweight when compared to most production ebikes with equivalent power and torque. We built a 29+ eMTB for a 6’8″ 275lb rider that weighed in at 44lbs, and our Titanium Gravel ebikes are always under 40lbs, and even as light as 34lbs, depending on size and component options. While there are other extremely lightweight ebikes out there, none of them have the full power and range you get with a custom eZinn electric bike with bosch ebike system. |

US and Worldwide ShippingWe ship bikes, cranks, components, and clothing anywhere in the world. All bikes are shipped fully assembled with the front wheel removed, and the handlebar disconnected from the stem. We are extremely careful to protect your bike fully from the aggressive package handlers that it may encounter. Your bike will be well padded, wrapped and tightly packed into the box so that it cannot move while in transit. When you receive your bike you will have minimal assembly to get it ready to ride, and if you have no mechanical experience with bikes, we recommend taking it to a bike shop.
