Perfect fit on every Zinn BikeEvery Zinn bike starts with the perfect fit. Whether you want an aerodynamic position for racing or a comfortable, upright posture for long days in the saddle, we tailor every detail to your unique needs. Your riding position and body proportions guide every design choice—from custom top tube lengths to your choice of sport or upright geometry, giving you the ride style and comfort you need, even if you have specific body mechanics or injuries. The tubes are hand picked based on your weight to optimize durability, comfort, and stiffness. Sport positions boost aerodynamics and let you stretch out for speed, while upright setups prioritize comfort and help ease neck or back pain on longer rides. We match every element—frame, crank length, wheels, saddle width, stem, and handlebars—to your body and riding style. Zinn Cycles builds bikes for the widest size range of riders in the world, from 4'7" to 7'5". No matter your height, build, or proportions, your Zinn bike will deliver precision fit and unmatched comfort, guaranteed. |
Built to RideYour custom bike is meant to be ridden! We want you to love riding your bike for many years. We are here to help you achieve your cycling goals after you get your bike and for years down the road. We can help you maintain your bike so it lasts forever, and we can also help you with coaching, group rides, or adventure cycling tours so that you get the most out of your custom bike experience. |
US and Worldwide ShippingWe ship bikes, cranks, components, and clothing anywhere in the world. All bikes are shipped fully assembled with the front wheel removed, and the handlebar disconnected from the stem. We are extremely careful to protect your bike fully from the aggressive package handlers that it may encounter. Your bike will be well padded, wrapped and tightly packed into the box so that it cannot move while in transit. When you receive your bike you will have minimal assembly to get it ready to ride, and if you have no mechanical experience with bikes, we recommend taking it to a bike shop. We can even ship directly to your local bike shop if you prefer. Click here for assembly and maintenance instructions to get your bike up and running and keep it running smoothly for many years. |
