Custom Mountain Bikes - Made in ColoradoWe make trips to Crested Butte, Moab, Durango, Fruita, and many other classic mountain bike destinations every year. On these trips, we test out new mountain bike designs so that we can provide you with the best mountain bikes possible. While we are mostly known for our XL mountain bikes and even bigger sizes, we offer mountain bikes for everyone, even short and average height people. All Zinn custom and semi-custom mountain bikes are made right here in Colorado with American materials. Each frame is precision crafted by the best artisans in the industry. We offer Titanium and Steel hardtail mountain bikes as well as premium handmade aluminum full suspension mountain bikes. |

Zinn titanium frames feature anodized graphics in your choice of color, with the option to add extra custom graphics and designs for a one-of-a-kind look. Want even more personalization? We offer painted titanium frames with any color—plus multi-color fades and unique masked designs. Steel frames include a durable single-color powder coat, with upgraded paint options available. US and Worldwide ShippingWe ship bikes, cranks, components, and clothing anywhere in the world. All bikes are shipped fully assembled with the front wheel removed, and the handlebar disconnected from the stem. We are extremely careful to protect your bike fully from the aggressive package handlers that it may encounter. Your bike will be well padded, wrapped and tightly packed into the box so that it cannot move while in transit. When you receive your bike you will have minimal assembly to get it ready to ride, and if you have no mechanical experience with bikes, we recommend taking it to a bike shop.
