Zinn hardtail mountain bikes are available in titanium or steel and we can customize it with any wheel size and frame geometry you need. We can build your hardtail mountain bike with 26-inch wheels, 27.5-inch wheels, or 29-inch wheels, 26 plus, 27.5 plus, 29 plus, and even with 32 inch wheels. We are always here to help you figure out what dimensions will provide the perfect match for your riding style. The versatility of a Zinn hardtail mountain bike makes it ideal for cross-country racing or all-mountain riding. And with the correct crank length, you’ll experience a fit you never knew existed. We offer mountain bike cranks from 140mm to 210mm, so we can make your bike proportional for you no matter your size. We also offer custom cable routing and attachments for racks, packs, cages, and more. Suspension Travel Options: Your custom hardtail can be built with any fork on the market from full rigid to 180mm travel enduro forks and everything in between. US and Worldwide ShippingWe ship bikes, cranks, components, and clothing anywhere in the world. All bikes are shipped fully assembled with the front wheel removed, and the handlebar disconnected from the stem. We are extremely careful to protect your bike fully from the aggressive package handlers that it may encounter. Your bike will be well padded, wrapped and tightly packed into the box so that it cannot move while in transit. When you receive your bike you will have minimal assembly to get it ready to ride, and if you have no mechanical experience with bikes, we recommend taking it to a bike shop.
