Perfect fit on every Zinn BikeEvery Zinn bike starts with the perfect fit. Whether you want an aerodynamic position for racing or a comfortable, upright posture for long days in the saddle, we tailor every detail to your unique needs. Your riding position and body proportions guide every design choice—from custom top tube lengths to your choice of sport or upright geometry, giving you the ride style and comfort you need, even if you have specific body mechanics or injuries. The tubes are hand picked based on your weight to optimize durability, comfort, and stiffness. Sport positions boost aerodynamics and let you stretch out for speed, while upright setups prioritize comfort and help ease neck or back pain on longer rides. We match every element—frame, crank length, wheels, saddle width, stem, and handlebars—to your body and riding style. Zinn Cycles builds bikes for the widest size range of riders in the world, from 4'7" to 7'5". No matter your height, build, or proportions, your Zinn bike will deliver precision fit and unmatched comfort, guaranteed. |
Built to RideYour custom bike is meant to be ridden! We want you to love riding your bike for many years. We are here to help you achieve your cycling goals after you get your bike and for years down the road. We can help you maintain your bike so it lasts forever, and we can also help you with coaching, group rides, or adventure cycling tours so that you get the most out of your custom bike experience. Bikes for Big and Tall RidersAs a tall guy, Lennard Zinn knows exactly what it takes to design a comfortable bike for unusual body types. While most manufacturers simply scale up a standard bike frame for bigger guys, Lennard developed a completely different process. When you get one of our custom bikes, you get something that’s built to your measurements exactly. We consider everything from the length of your torso to the measurement of your inseam, along with weight, riding goals, and body mechanics before designing your bike. In addition to working on small and tall bike designs, we also team up with cyclists who have medical conditions that require even more customization. Bikes for WomenThe women’s bicycle market is another challenge that Lennard Zinn tackled with zeal. Our focus here is on creating bikes that are lighter, faster, and more comfortable than ever. Our women’s custom bikes fit women of all shapes and sizes without forcing them to conform to male bike measurements. Many women find that once they transition to a custom Zinn bike, that they’re suddenly riding without joint pain or expending unnecessary effort. Zinn’s skills at creating a custom-made bike style for women even won over his wife Sonny and led us to sponsor an all-female racing team in Boulder in the 1980s. Classic Custom Bikes - Bikes for all sizesLennard Zinn is world-renowned for creating fantastic custom bikes for the widest size range of people on earth. People from all over the world come to us for personalized bike frame designs. Our Classic Custom series is the most popular option for first-timers getting a custom bike, as well as pros who keep coming back again and again. The Classic Custom series includes high-performance racing bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, and comfortable touring bikes.

US and Worldwide ShippingWe ship bikes, cranks, components, and clothing anywhere in the world. All bikes are shipped fully assembled with the front wheel removed, and the handlebar disconnected from the stem. We are extremely careful to protect your bike fully from the aggressive package handlers that it may encounter. Your bike will be well padded, wrapped and tightly packed into the box so that it cannot move while in transit. When you receive your bike you will have minimal assembly to get it ready to ride, and if you have no mechanical experience with bikes, we recommend taking it to a bike shop. We can even ship directly to your local bike shop if you prefer.
